What is On-hook Coverage?

Coverage used for Tow truck policies. Intended for vehicles while in tow.  Our policies On-hook coverage form also provides cargo coverage as well.  

What is Cargo Coverage?

Coverage used for our Auto Transporters.  Intended for vehicles being transported.  Standard limits range from 25,000 to 500,000, higher limits can be offered.

What is Garagekeepers Liability?

Coverage Used for Tow Truck policies.  Covers vehicles while in your care, custody & control.  Typically used for a storage lot facility where you store customers vehicles.  There are different types of garagekeepers:

  • Legal -  provides coverage for damage that you’re legally liable for, i.e. you were negligent.
  • Direct Primary -provides that your policy pays for damage to the car regardless of fault even if there is other insurance on the car.

    Most policies carry “legal” coverage.  Insurance companies will need a contract from whom is requesting this coverage.  Most insured’s do not want direct as it affects their loss history.

Will you cover my Repair shop?

Yes, our polices can include coverage for Auto Body & or Auto Mechanic Shops.


Will you provide Property Coverage for my Building?

Yes we can provide Building Coverage, Contents Coverage and many other Property form coverages.

How many trucks are needed to produce a policy?

It doesn’t matter if you have 1 truck or 100 trucks, we provide the same great service to any size policy.

How are we expected to pay for policy premium?

You will be required to come up with a down payment and the remainder of premium can be financed through one of our many finance companies. We will find the right one to fit your individual needs.  Down payment can be paid by check and or debit/credit card.

How long does it take to get an issued Certificate of Insurance?

Our turnaround time for certificate issuance is impeccable.  We always issue the certificate the same day, in most cases within 20 minutes of the request.

How long does it take to get filings issued?

Our insurance companies issue the filings the same day a policy is bound.  The filings whether State or with the FMCSA are electronically filed by the insurance company and confirmation is provided when completed.
